Colombian singer Shakira surprised her friend Carlos Vives, and appeared at his concert to sing their partnership song ‘La Bicicleta’. The moment happened when Carlos was on his tour of Miami.

Shakira took the stage by surprise at the end of the show, to perform with her friend, who was delighted with the moment. The singer published a video on her networks showing the backstage, and stated that she didn’t even rehearse to do the feat.
But what really took everyone by surprise was that the singer changed a part of the song’s lyrics. ‘Que si a Piqué, algún día, le muestras el Tayrona’, the song went. In the new version, Shak took her ex-husband’s name, and put ‘ese tipo’, which means something like ‘this guy over there’.

‘La bicicleta’ hit streaming platforms in 2016 and is considered one of the singer’s great pop hits. The partnership with Colombian Carlos Vives has already won remix versions, and is still a great success in number of listeners, and in the concerts of the two.
